Terms & Conditions
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a driving lesson, we will need at least 48 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the full driving lesson. If you continue to cancel driving lessons, the instructor has the right to remove you from his contacts.
Payments
Payments by cheque will need to be paid in advance and will be non-refundable. Cheques should be made payable to your instructor. If, for any reason, your cheque is returned unpaid, you will be asked for the full amount in cash plus a £25.00 administration charge.
The affects of drink and drugs
If the instructor considers you to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, he has the right to refuse your driving lesson and you will be asked to pay for the driving lesson in full.
Driving test
Your driving instructor will discuss the Practical test date when the necessary standard of driving has been reached. Driving lessons up to the test date will need to be continued, otherwise the standard required, to pass the test, may not maintained. The instructor can refuse the use of the school's car.
Complaints
All complaints should be made in writing and sent to Streets Ahead School of Motoring at: 6 Curlew Drive, Cowbit, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE12 6FB.
